Facial Masks From Kiwi Fruit

Kiwi fruit have medicinal properties and are very useful for skin care. Facial masks from kiwi fruit well cleaned, tone the skin, and make it elastic and healthy.

Kiwi fruit contains carbohydrates, vitamins, trace elements and mineral salts. It includes magnesium, beta carotene, phosphorus, calcium, sulfur, sodium, iron, copper, zinc, aluminum, manganese, boron, fluorine, cobalt, molybdenum, iodine, vitamins A, E, PP, C and Group B. Due to the presence of enzymes that interact with the skin, all the active ingredients penetrate into the structure, promoting the production of collagen, which prolongs the youthful skin.

For any type of skin
Take one kiwi fruit, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of orange juice, 1 tablespoon of almond oil and a little grated carrot. Mix all ingredients in a monotonous paste. Apply the paste even coat on face and leave to dry. Wash your face with cold water.

Take 5 strawberries, 1 kiwi fruit and half a large cucumber. Mix all ingredients. If the mask will be too liquid, you can add one teaspoon of oatmeal. Put the mask on your face for 5-10 minutes, and then wash with warm water. Such a procedure purifies the skin.

For oily skin
Take equal quantities of kiwi fruit pulp, lemon pulp and grated horseradish. Mix all ingredients and put mixture for 5-10 minutes. Then rinse with cool water.

For dry skin
Take 1 tablespoon of kiwi fruit juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 egg yolk. Mix ingredients and apply on face. After 15 minutes, remove the mask from the face using a damp sponge. Kiwi fruit juice will stimulate blood circulation, and the mask has nourishing properties.

Mask for dry and normal skin
Mix 1 tablespoon of kiwi fruit juice and 1 tablespoon of nonfat cottage cheese. Apply on face for 20 minutes. Then rinse mask with cool water.

Mask from kiwi fruit for combination skin
In the mash from one kiwi fruit add 1 beaten egg 1 tablespoon of green clay, 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Apply the paste on face for 10 minutes. After that, wash your face with cool water.

Scrub for dry skin
Mash a kiwi fruit, add 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of orange juice, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of ground almonds. Apply to face and massage during 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
