Clay Facial Masks

There are many types of clay facial masks, but in general their action is divided into three categories:
1. Masks that draw out dirt from deep layers of skin, preventing acne.
2. Masks, stimulating the deepest layers of the skin, stimulating the growth of new cells.
3. Masks that nourish the skin, providing it with vitamins and minerals, rejuvenate, reduce pores, smoothing out the bumps, aligning color, softening and moisturizing.

For dry skin
Mask from blue clay: 1 tablespoon of blue clay, diluted with small amount of milk to the consistency of liquid cream. Add 1 tablespoon butter, peach, mixed and applied to the face and neck. Wash off after 10-15 minutes.

Mask from gray clay: 1 tablespoon of gray clay diluted with a little milk to the consistency of sour cream, add 1 teaspoon of sour cream and mix. Mask applied to the face and neck for 10 minutes.

Gray clay mask with honey: 1 tablespoon of gray clay diluted with milk until the consistency of sour cream. Add 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon of almond oil and few drops of lemon juice and mix. Mask applied to the face and neck for 10-15 minutes.

For oily skin
Masks from white and green clay are used mainly for oily, problem skin.
White Clay Facial Mask: 1 tablespoon of white clay diluted with a small amount of boiling water until the consistency of creamy mass. Mask applied to the face and neck and leave to dry. Wash off with cool water.

White Clay and Honey Mask: 1 tablespoon of white clay diluted with small amount of water until the consistency creamy mass. Add 1 teaspoon of honey, mixed and applied to the face and neck. Wash off after 10-15 minutes.

Green clay mask with oatmeal: 1 tablespoon of green clay diluted with milk until the consistency of liquid cream. Add 1 teaspoon oatmeal and mix. Mask applied to the face and neck and leave to dry.

Green clay mask with honey: 1 tablespoon of green clay diluted with milk or yogurt to the consistency of sour cream, add 1 teaspoon of honey and mix. Mask applied to the face and neck and leaves to dry.

For normal skin
White clay mask with apricot: Several apricots rubbed through a sieve. Dilute 1 tablespoon of white clay with a little milk to the consistency of sour cream mixed with apricot puree and put on the face and neck. Mask washes off after 10-15 minutes.

White clay mask with a tomato: A small tomato rubbed through a sieve. 1 tablespoon of white clay diluted with small amount of water until the consistency of sour cream, add 1 tablespoon of tomato puree and mix. Mask applied to the face and neck for 15-20 minutes.

For problem skin
Blue clay mask with chamomile: 1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers pour small amount of hot water and insist 10 minutes. Add a tablespoon of blue clay, a few drops of lemon juice and mix. Mask applied to the face and neck for 15-20 minutes.

White clay mask with currants: A few berries red and white currants rubbed through a sieve. 1 tablespoon of white clay diluted with a small amount of boiling water until the consistency of sour cream, add the puree from currants and mix. Mask applied to the face for 15-20 minutes.

Using clay facial masks can return your skin velvety and beautiful color, making it healthier and tender.
